S1E15: The 1918 Spring Offensive

The German offensive of 1918, also known as the "Spring Offensive" or "Kaiserschlacht," was a big deal. The Germans wanted to break through the Western Front and win before the Americans could join in after the Eastern Front had fallen. At first, they made some gains, but they got tired, and the Allies got better at fighting back. So, it didn't work out. The Canadians were resting, raiding, running on the rumour mill and finally getting back to the battle.
